3. Product Information
Chiaro Spark makes every effort to display our jewelry (including necklaces, earrings, bracelets, rings, sets, gothic, vintage, and Korean-style items) as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will precisely match the actual product.

6. Refund Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition with tags attached. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce. The arbitration shall take place in Singapore and be conducted in English.
